Where It Started
Mitesh Chouhan founded MC CORP in 2024 as an Investment & Holding company.
At the time Mitesh found grievances in the property sector for smaller property developers & investors who struggled to secure capital quickly.
Why MC CORP Was Needed
Bridging Loan lenders were rigid, very corporate, slow & often added hurdles along the journey which came with additional fees. Deals were lost due to speed.
The sector developed a bad name as even the pro-active lenders took advantage with inflated and unnecessary fees whilst their initial quoted monthly interest rate attracted clients. MC CORP was born, bringing a fresh perspective to the Bridging Loan sector.
