We have no hidden & confusing fees — we operate with a very simple structure.
1.5% Arrangement Fee (payable in advance to enable us to make funds available and to appoint our Law Firm) plus legal fees (which will be quoted in advance by our law firm). For simple transactions, the legal cost is typically £2,500 – £3,000 inclusive of VAT and is to be paid before funds are released.
1% monthly interest
Payable by Standing Order / Direct Debit.
If the capital is not repaid within 12 months, the monthly interest rate increases to 1.5%.
3–12 months
